Dr. Shaun R. Gifford, DC

Shaun R. Gifford is a 1998 graduate of Northwestern Health Science University. He graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology. His undergraduate work was done at Brigham Young University-Idaho, with an Associate of Science degree in pre-medicine in 1994. He has been a chiropractic doctor for over 15 years and is experienced in traditional chiropractor back pain adjustments including using computerized assessment and adjustments of the spine, massage therapy, rehabilitation exercises and nutritional assessments. He is a contributing author for Optimal Wellness, Whiplash Trauma & Treatment, and Pro Adjuster Lifestyle. Dr. Gifford is married with 2 beautiful girls and 1 active little boy. He has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America and earned his Eagle Scout award in 1983. He spent two years in Florida on an intensive mission trip. He enjoys being in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking, paintballing & camping. Dr. Gifford was born in Idaho, graduated from high school in Lake Havasu City, Arizona and has spent the last 18 years in Minnesota.

9-Week Fit Challenge Field Trip

Dr. Gifford hosted the 9-week fit challenge field trip on Saturday, July 9, 2022 where participants learned why the skeletal and muscular structure work hand and hand for overall performance in fitness and daily living.

 

In addition to getting education, Dr. Gifford provided hands on treatments and future appointment discounts for those in need that participated in the 9-week fit challenge.
