~ 9-Week Fit Challenge is an ON-LINE Fit Program ~ I have a Facebook Account ~ Participants agree to allowing Lenore-IFBB Pro to use photos for marketing purposes. (no faces will be shown) ~ KMM holds the right to not accept clients if there is a conflict of interest such as personal trainers or individuals in business with similar services. You agree to NOT have personal private pages or participate in other health and fitness programs during the 9-weeks and give 110% to THIS program. ~PARTICIPANTS THAT AGREE TO JOIN & PAY FOR THE FIT CHALLENGE UNDERSTAND THAT THEY WILL BE ELIMINATED FROM PROGRAM IF THEY DO NOT FOLLOW ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS AND DO NOT POST WEEKLY FRIDAY PROGRESS PICTURES BY 8PM – A MUST AND NO EXCEPTIONS! PARTICIPANTS ALSO UNDERSTAND THEY WILL FORFEIT ALL MONEY PAID INTO PROGRAM IF ELIMINATED AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. PARTICIPANTS UNDERSTAND THAT ONCE YOU HAVE PAID, YOU AGREE TO PROGRAM, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. - KMM holds the right to disbar any challenger that deems unethical, unprofessional, owes money, has outstanding balances, and/or any reason KMM Board votes on before or after program starts. - Rules on KMM credits are subject to change at anytime. KMM credits hold no financial value other than credits to the Fit Challenge only. Credits towards 9 week challenges cannot be used towards any other programs. Loss of credit privileges are subject to all 9 week fit challenge rules/policies and KMM holds the right to discredit and ban any individual for any reason it deems violated rules/policies or/and any reason otherwise. ~ I belong to a gym or will join a gym to give 100% to program. If I choose not to join a gym, it will be MY responsibility to substitute workouts for what is required of me. ~ You agree to NOT have personal private pages or participate in other health and fitness programs during the 9-weeks and give 110% to THIS program. ~The meal plan is a set meal plan and will not be altered. If you have minor needs or an allergy, let Lenore know.*
